Cape Fear Kitchen & Bath did a great job remodeling my shower and installing a kitchen backsplash. John gave me a very fair price and was easy to communicate with throughout the job. The tilers, shower door installers, and plumber were all punctual, professional, and experienced. Definitely would recommend if you want a job well done at a reasonable price with experienced service.

John and his team did a great job renovating three bathrooms in our Kure Beach home. Communication was excellent and John's crews completed all of the work as we expected, and there were no price surprises along the way. We started the project with only two bathrooms included in scope, but after we saw how nicely the work was coming out we added a third bathroom. We love the finished work and will call John when it is time to redo our kitchen!

John and his crew made my bathroom dream come true. My builder would not let me change the floor plan, so as soon as we closed, John's crew came in and installed a beautiful tub and floor mounted faucet, and changed the floor plan to a much better functional plan. They tore out a linen closet, created a new door to my closet, closed up the original opening, and refinished the flooring, walls, moldings and ceilings. Even when the first tub came in (that I ordered), had a pin hole in it, they were patient enough for me to order a different one, and never skipped a beat. the day it was delivered, they carried it upstairs and got to work. Awesome work guys, Thank you so much!!

Extremely professional at every level. Always on time. Every one of Johns guys did better quality work than my builderâ  s subcontractors, from drywall to tile to plumbing. Always polite and respectful. Highly recommend these guys.

I so appreciated their timely and thorough estimate and design process - they walked me through multiple options to choose from, and provided excellent advice. We just had a full bathroom remodel completed by Cape Fear. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, communication, and quality of the products. They took our 1960 pink bathroom and turned it into a very modern and beautiful bath. Rich and John were very courteous and knowledgeable and cleaned up at the end of each day. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality remodel project.

Cape Fear K & B did a complete remodel of my kitchen. James and his crew were professional and did a top notch job! They know what they are doing in every aspect of the entire process. We are very happy with our completed project.

We had John and his team remodel our master bathroom, our kitchen, and install a new tankless water heater. They were very professional and completed both jobs in the time quoted. I will say, the best asset to his team is Rich. He really knows what he's doing, he's on time, and he doesn't mess around. Just gets it done without all the talk. I have worked with quite a few contractors in the past and at the end of the day, would definitely keep them in my contact list.

I believe on giving full honest reviews or none at all. My only negatives to mention would be with the outside contractors that had to come in (not employee's of Cape Fear). The largest issue being cleanup. Not a single contractor had cleaned up after themselves (except the plumber).

If your getting your remodel done...just hang in there! It takes awhile and will all come together in the end. We now have a beautiful new kitchen and master bathroom.

I found Cape Fear Kitchen and Bath to do the upgrade on my kitchen. I wanted a new countertop, sink, faucet, disposal, new cabinet hardware and add a backsplash.
I had gone to Lowes first but quickly learned that I would have coordinate all installs myself. This was more than I wanted to handle.
John took care of all coordination of teams with a little input from me. Everything from the demo of old countertop and sink to complete installation of all new items, went as expected and on time.
It's beautiful and I am so happy with the final outcome. John has been nothing but professional and very pleasant to deal with.
I would use this company again.

I called and they came out right away, assessed what needed to be done, provided me with multiple options, and then began work right away.
